The CD-ROMs provided are specific to machine types. One or more of the fol-
lowing CD-ROMs are provided with this machine: “Printer Drivers and Utili-
ties”, “Scanner Driver/Font Manager and Utilities”, “Scanner Driver and
Utilities”, “Font Manager 2000”, and “Manuals”. In “Manuals”, manuals are
stored in PDF format and HTML-format.
The following are included on the separate CD-ROMs:

❖ Font Manager 2000

For installing new screen fonts, or organizing and managing fonts already in
the system. For details about Font Manager 2000, see the manual on the CD-
ROM labeled “Scanner Driver/Font Manager and Utilities” or “Font Manag-
er 2000”.

❖ SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin

For the system administrator to manage network printers.

❖ DeskTopBinder-SmartDeviceMonitor for Client

For users to manage their network print status.

❖ Printer Utility for Mac

This utility allows users to download and manage a variety of fonts as well as
manage printers. For details about this utility, see PostScript3 Supplement.

❒ Documentation about using the machine is included on the CD-ROM in PDF

format. For details about using Acrobat Reader, see Acrobat Reader online
