You can cancel the transmission files
that have been stored in memory and
are awaiting transmission, or the files
that have failed to be transmitted. If
you notice an error in the destination
specified or the contents of a docu-
ment, you can cancel transmission of
t hat d ocument. This is do ne by
searching for the document in the fax
machine's memory and deleting it.
Also, you can cancel a reception in
progress.
This function can be performed for
Memory Transmission, Confidential
Transmission, Transfer Request, Polling
Reception, and Polling Transmission.

Confirm that "1. Cancel TX / RX" is
displayed.

Display the file you want to cancel. 
Enter the file number with the
number keys or press 

0 or 1 until

the file number is displayed. 

❒ If you make a mistake, press the

{{{{Cancel}}}} key and try again. 

❒ If you cannot find the file you

want to cancel, the document
has already been sent.

❒ If you do not cancel a transmis-

sion or reception, press 

0 or 1

to select “No”.
