❒ If you turn this function on, any

images located where the name of
the receiver is to be printed will be
erased.

❒ This feature does not work with

the following function and condi-
tion:
• Transfer Request

The Label Insertion function is avail-
able with the documents stored as La-
b e l s   w i t h   t h e   A u t o   D o c u m e n t
function. See p.60 “Auto Document”.
User code (the name of the Personal
Box) will be printed preceded by
"FROM:" as well as the name of the re-
ceiver when sending faxes with user
code (SUB code of the Personal Box)
using User Code Transmission to re-
ceivers whose Label Insertion setting
is "On" in your machine.

1. The name stored in the Quick Dial
key or Speed Dial
2. The name of the user (the name of
the Personal Box)

In order to have the receiver name
printed on the Label, store the doc-
ument in memory and register the
name of the receiver beforehand.

❒ Although you can specify scan set-

tings when sending an Auto Docu-
ment, these settings will only
apply to the document you send
along with the Auto Document.
T h e   s e t t i n g s   u s e d   w h e n   y o u
scanned and stored the Auto Doc-
ument will apply to the Auto Doc-
ument itself.
