Using a memory card
To insert a memory card:

Insert the memory card into the memory card slot with the label facing
up and the arrow on the label pointing towards your notebook.

To access a file on the memory card in Windows XP, click
Start
, then click
My Computer
. Double-click the drive letter (for example, the E: drive), then
double-click the file name.

To access a file on the memory card in Windows 2000, double-click the

icon, the drive letter (for example, the E: drive), then
double-click the file name.
Important
Insert the SmartMedia card with the label facing down.
Your notebook only accepts 3.3V SmartMedia cards.
