There are four modes to choose for the portable DVD player:
S-Video, P-SCAN, CARD S-Video, CARD P-SCAN
By pressing 

 <Mode>, you can switch to the preferred mode setting.

The def

ault mode setting is S-Video.

1.  Press 

 <Mode> once, "ENTER..P-SCAN" will show on the screen. After   

  2 seconds, the LCD screen turns black. At this time, the portable DVD 

  player

 is still operating but the images will be displayed by the external 

  video equipment (example: TV

).

2.  Press 

 <Mode> again,the portable DVD player will enter CARD 

  S-Video mode. If no card is inserted, "NO CARD" will be shown on the

  LCD screen.
3.  Press 

 <Mode> again, the portable DVD player will enter CARD 

 

P-SCAN mode. After 2 seconds, the LCD screen turns black. At this time, 

  the portable DVD player is still operating but the images will be shown by 

  the external video equipment (example: TV).

4.  Press 

 <Mode> again, and the portable DVD player will return to 

 

its default

  mode setting: "S-Video".
