The BBUL series carts are constructed using “prime” steel which has

a 25% to 35% post-consumer recycled content. All steel components

are recyclable at the end of the product life cycle. BBUL series carts

are certified to GREENGUARD Children & Schools Indoor Air Quality

standards.

BBUL4440 Flat Panel Wide Body Carts have been tested by

Underwriter Laboratories and certified to comply with UL standard

1667 for tall institutional carts and is designated for use with CRT

monitors up to 40" diagonal. Certified for the United States and

Canadian markets.

Optional electrical assembly includes six (6) grounded outlets, 20 ft.

3-wire power cord, cord winder, and two (2) 3⁄16" diameter machine

screws with wing nuts. Units attach to pre-drilled holes in the top or

middle shelf and are UL listed when attached to the BBUL series

carts. Electrical unit is included as standard on model BBUL4440-M5.

BBUL4440 Wide-Body TV/VCR Table has two (2) 18-gauge steel

40"w x 27-1⁄2"d shelves and one (1) 18-gauge 40"w x 32-1⁄2"d shelf

(to be used as the bottom or base of the table). Shelves are press

formed with a 1⁄8" lip bordering the top surface on all four (4) sides.

Corners of the shelves open so the sides do not connect. Table legs

fit flush to the shelves. Each corner has 13-gauge steel mounting

brackets with 1⁄4" square head bolts and hex nuts that tighten to

hold leg securely to table. The two (2) 32-1⁄2"w x 27-1⁄2"d shelves

have two (2) 3⁄16"diameter holes centered on both the right side and

the left side to accept an optional electrical assembly. Top two

shelves have grommet hole at rear for cord management. Table legs

are 18-gauge 1" square tubular steel. Each leg is angled so the top

part fastens to a 40"w x 27-1⁄2"d shelf and the bottom of the leg fas-

tens to a 40"w x 32-1⁄2"d base shelf. The table stands 44"h from the

floor (including the 5" casters). Leg has hard plastic caster insert

mounted in the bottom of the tube. Each leg has a hard plastic cap

detail inserted into the bottom of the tube. Each model is construct-

ed using “prime” steel which has a 25% to 35% post-consumer recy-

cled content and is finished in an environmentally friendly powder

paint. Casters are mar resistant hard black rubber and measure 5" in

diameter. Each cart has two (2) 5" locking casters and two (2) 5"

rigid casters. Optional electrical assembly includes six (6) grounded

outlets, 20 ft. 3-wire cord and two (2) 3⁄16" diameter machine screws

with wing nuts for attaching unit to table. Optional electrical assem-

bly is UL listed when attached.  Ships in one carton via truck.
