In order to connect your computer to a TV, your computer must have an AV Out jack. Not all VAIO

 notebook models are

1.

Turn off the computer. 

2.

Locate the AV Out jack on the computer. 

3.

Plug one end of an audio-video (AV) cable into the AV Out jack. 

4.

Plug the other end of the AV cable into the video-in ports on the TV. 

5.

Switch the TV input channel to external input.
