[Clear Selection]
Press to cancel the selection of a fi le. For a mail box, if you 
cancel a selection, this switches to [Select All (Max 100 Files)].

List/Thumbnail
Press to select view settings of the fi les stored in a mail box.

[Print List]
You can print a list of fi les stored in a mail box.

[Print]
Press to display the Print Settings screen.

[Send]
Press to send a fi le stored in the mail box.

[Edit File]
Press to display the menu for adding or deleting a fi le, or 
displaying the detailed information of a fi le.

[Display Image]
This mode enables you to preview the stored fi le and check 
the page count.

[Details]
You can check the detailed information of the stored fi le.

[Delete]
You can delete stored fi les. You can erase unnecessary fi les 
and arrange the storage location.

[Merge Multiple Files]
You can combine multiple fi les in the mail box into one fi le. 
Then you can print the combined fi les as one fi le.

[Insert Pages]
You can insert a specifi ed fi le from the mail box in front of the 
specifi ed page of another fi le from the same mail box.

[Delete Pages]
This mode enables you to erase specifi ed page from a fi le that 
is stored in a mail box.

[Add Files (Scan and Store)]
You can scan the original and store the new fi le in the selected 
storage location.

[Change File Name]
You can change a fi le name.

[Move/Duplicate]
You can move or duplicate fi les stored in the mail box.
  
 To perform various operations on stored fi les, press [Access Stored Files] on the Main Menu screen. This section describes the functions 
you can use to edit fi les stored in a mail box. Select the fi le that you want to edit from the list of stored fi les, press [Edit File], and the 
following screen is displayed.
