CLI: Enter Static Binding into the Binding Database
1. 
Enter the DHCP snooping static binding.
(Netgear Switch) (Config)# ip dhcp snooping binding 00:11:11:11:11:11 
vlan 1 192.168.10 .1 interface 1/0/2

Check to make sure the binding database has the static entry.
