The SCR339 with an integrated ID1 contact smart card reader, allows secure PIN code entry directly and safely into the keyboard
without being transmitted to the host.
The SCR339 keyboard includes a smart card reader suitable for a wide range of applications, such as:

- Authentication for web services such as home banking or electronic payments
- Digital signing of documents and transactions
- Data encryption
