Enter a password to be used with Windows Backup or Time Machine in the Password and 
Confirm Password fields. 

Click the Submit button if this is a new password or the Reset button if you are changing 
your password.

(Optional) To erase all existing backups, click the Wipe button.

You are prompted to confirm the wipe command.

(Optional) Click Yes.

If you click No, the wipe process is aborted.

If you click Yes, all existing backups are erased.

Share with Media Players

Sharing files with media players allows media players on your home network to detect and 
access content within the album. The media player needs to support the UPnP-AV, DLNA, or 
Windows Media Connect standard. Media players include gaming consoles (such as Xbox 
360 and PS3), digital photo frames, iTunes clients, IP televisions, networked sound systems 
(such as Sonos and Logitech), digital video players (such as NETGEAR NeoTV

TM

), and 

many more.



Select Media Library > Albums.

Select an album, display the menu and select View Details.

The Details screen displays.

Select the Media Players check box.
