Copying a Local Text Block event
Events that have been added to a text block can be copied onto the Clipboard then
copied within the text block, to other text blocks in the environment, to another
environment or another page definition

Events copied onto the Clipboard will remain on the Clipboard (unless deleted) until
copied back to the Objects list or the current session of PARIS is ended.
