To display accounting info:
Click on the ‘Show Items’ button. The jobs that have been printed relevant to
the filter options selected in the ‘Entries ‘ section of the dialogue will be
displayed in the ‘Show Items’ panel of the dialogue.

NOTE:
The ‘Show Items’ button will be ghosted after it has been selected and
will be available again (un-ghosted) when you choose another filter. This indicates
that you must click ‘Show Items’ again when another filter is chosen.
