Make the desired changes to the settings on the following tabs:
−
Copy: Reduce/Enlarge settings, Paper Supply, 2-Sided Copying, and Finishing settings.
−
Image Quality: Original Type, Image Options, and Image Enhancement settings.
−
Layout Adjustment: Original Orientation, Edge Erase, Original Size, and Image Shift.
−
Output Format: Specify settings for Annotations.
−
Job Assembly: Select settings for Build Job and Quantity.

Touch the check mark box.
Note:
Not all options listed are supported on all printers. Some options apply only to a specific
printer model, configuration, operating system, or driver type.
Setting the Presets Screen for Copying Settings
1.
At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button, then touch the Tools tab.
2.
Touch Service Settings > Copy Service.
3.
Touch Toner Saver.
4.
Select an option.
5.
Touch OK.
Note:

Setting Edge Erase Presets
1.
At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button, then touch the Tools tab.
2.
Touch Service Settings > Copy Service.
3.
Touch Edge Erase Presets.
To create an Edge Erase Preset:
1.

Touch Presets, then from the list of presets, touch Available.
2.
At the bottom of the window, touch Name, then to enter the name of the new preset, use the touch
screen keyboard.
3.
Touch OK.
To edit an existing preset:
1.

Touch Presets, then touch the desired preset.
2.
Touch Side 1, then to change the amount to erase from each edge, touch the arrows.
3.
Touch Side 2, then to change the amount to erase from each edge, touch the arrows , or touch
Mirror Side 1.
4.
To change the preset name, touch the name field, type the new name, then touch OK.
5.
Touch OK.
