INSTRUCTION FOR USE
1. Plug the straightener into the mains electric-
ity supply and set the switch (3) in position
I”. The indicator light (4) will light up, show-
ing the heating starts.
2. Separate a small strand of hair and comb
from the roots to the end of the hair.
3. Insert the strand between plates (2) at the
hair roots, tightly press the plates together.
4. Smoothly and slowly glide the appliance down to the end of
the strand, straightening and smoothing it. If necessary, you
may repeat the straightening procedure. To keep the shape of
the finished hairdo longer, fix it with hair spray.
5. The appliance allows you to straighten the hair, or to flick the
ends of the hair in or out as well. To do this, it is necessary to tilt
the straightener outward and upward at the very end of a lock
of hair.
MAINTENANCE
1. Switch the appliance off by moving the switch
(3) to position “0”, and then unplug it from
the wall outlet and wait until it completely
cools down.
2. Clean the case (1) and plates (2) with a
soft, lint free damp cloth. Do not allow water
or any other liquid get into the appliance.
3. If you are not going to use the appliance for some time, then
let it completely cool down, place it in the box and store in a
safe dry place out of reach of children.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If your appliance does not operate or
operate improperly, contact an authorized
service center for consultancy or repair.
Warrantee conditions:
1. The warranty period is 2 years beginning
with the sales date.
2. The warranty is valid only if the guarantee card contains sales
date, seller signature, appliance serial number.
Please, keep all the documents supplied with the appliance (cash
voucher and cash memo, instruction manual) during the ex-
ploitation period.
3. The warranty is not valid if the serial number is changed, not
distinct or deleted and the factory stamp is destroyed or dam-
aged.
4. The warrantee does not cover:
– product packing, consumables and accessories
– mechanical damages and natural wear of the product;
– failures due to overloading, improper or careless maintenance,
penetration of liquids, dust, insects and other foreign matters
