Retrieves information about one or more provisionable patchcord terminations.

Sets up a session with the NE.

Turns on the consule port for the ML-Series cards. (Not suppported on the ONS 15600)

Enables the REPT EVT SECU and REPT ALM SECU autonomous messages.

ALW-USER-SECU:[<TID>]::<CTAG>::<UID>;

Enables a user ID that has been disabled (by the INH-USER-SECU command) so the user can 
establish a session with the NE.
