Fault tolerance information can be monitored via the following MIB 

MIB:   CISCO-L4L7MODULE-REDUNDANCY-MIB

This MIB provides details about the fault tolerant statistics 
available in the show ft peer, show ft group detail and show ft 
stats command output. 

The running-configuration can be monitored via the XML agent
