announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco
®
ONS 15454 and ONS 15454E Release 4.5 Software. The last day
to order the Release 4.5 Software is July 26, 2005. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco
Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until July 26, 2008. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the Release 4.5
Software. Table 2 lists the product numbers affected by this announcement.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco ONS 15454 and ONS 15454E Release 4.6 Software or later, which provides the greatest
feature and platform functionality.
