3. Click the MeetingPlace button and select the Join Web

Conference option, which links you to the Meeting Room
where you can participate in the web conference. This option
only appears if you have MeetingPlace Web installed.

4. From the MeetingPlace Web interface, select the telephone

icon to join your voice conference.

To attend a voice only conference:

1. From your Notes calendar, double-click on the entry for the

MeetingPlace meeting. The meeting notification appears.

2. Click the MeetingPlace button located in the top right corner

of the window. A drop down menu appears.

3. Click the Call Me option to be linked to join the voice

conference.

4. If the guest profile has outdial privileges, you are prompted

for your phone number. After entering your number,
MeetingPlace dials this number and adds you to the meeting.

If the guest profile does not have outdial privileges,
MeetingPlace displays a window with the meeting
information. Use the phone number and meeting ID provided
to join your meeting.

Note: Alternatively, users can join their voice and web
conference by clicking the Click to Attend URL link located at
the bottom of their meeting notification. The Click to Attend link
is now encrypted and shorter in length, directing users to the
Meeting Details page on MeetingPlace Web.

First time users of MeetingPlace Web will be linked to the login
page.
