The PC Connections dialog box displays a user ID, client type and IP address 
for each active connection. The Update button is available to refresh the 
dialog box as needed. 

There may be instances when all MeetingTime licenses are in use for 
scheduling, attending, or reviewing conferences. At the point that all 
MeetingTime licenses have been used up, the system will allow one system 
manager to enter the system. 

In the Configure tab, Usage Parameters topic, you can assign the following 
parameter to determine how long MeetingTime connections remain idle:

Minutes before auto logoff—Controls the number of minutes a 
MeetingTime connection can be idle before the connection is severed. 
You may find that users are logged into MeetingTime but not actively 
using the system. 

System Manager Agents allow system managers to configure the following 
parameters:

No-show recurring meeting 

•

 

Recurring meeting ending 

 

Note: This feature is not supported with MeetingPlace E-Mail 
Gateway version 4.2.0 and earlier. 

If a recurring meeting has no attendance for more than a pre-specified 
number of periods, an e-mail notification is sent to the meeting organizer 
suggesting that they cancel the remainder of the recurring meeting chain.
