Configuring Reservationless and Scheduled Meetings 
You configure a MeetingPlace conference server for reservationless and 
scheduled meetings using a command line utility. This system-wide setting 
configures the server for both scheduled and reservationless meetings, versus 
the standard scheduled meetings configuration. To activate the scheduled and 
reservationless meetings voice user interface, restart the system.  
Reservationless Meetings is assigned predefined parameters (as shown in 
Table I-1) to ensure a smooth conference experience. The parameters you set 
in MeetingTime apply only to standard scheduled meetings.
