Manage leave message forms
WebACD displays the leave message form for customers in a queue:

WebACD provides a default form, which you can update or edit. This form is

not explicitly attached a particular form.

How to access this page:

Select Manage Site > Site Settings.

In the Site Settings for drop-down list, select WebACD.

Click on the Leave Message Form link on the Queues page.

Click Create New Form.
