Use these buttons to access the Attachment dialog box. Use
the dialog to specify the following:

Local Variable—Choose a variable from the drop-down

Note
Most e-mail readers place the Name for Attachment
text near an icon that represents the attachment. The
extension you provide as part of the document name
indicates to the user the type of document you
attached. For example, “.doc” normally indicates that
a document was created with Microsoft Word, “.wav”
