Release Notes for Cisco Agent Desktop 7.0 (1) Service Release 1
  Resolved Caveats
Cause: Windows Installer does not preserve a repair-capable maintenance copy of the original media. 
Once the temporarily-cached original install media is cleaned up, repair functionality is lost. A scenario 
in which this might occur is if the client application is installed using the web browser’s Run option 
rather than the Save option to access the installation file, and then the web browser’s cache is cleared.
Effect on system: Files may be missing due to incomplete rollback.
Installer response: If during rollback the user is prompted to browse for media, then the rollback 
process is incomplete and the client software applications must be removed and reinstalled to regain 
pre-service release functionality. If no such prompting occurs, then the rollback was successful and no 
further action is required.
Future availability: This bug will be addressed in Enterprise 7.1, Express 4.1/4.6 and newer.
Resolved Caveats
The following issues have been resolved in CAD 7.0(1) SR1.
