For predicted failure or failed drives on active contracts, please open a support case directly against the serial
number of the associated appliance. As long as the appliance is still covered on an active contract, and the
appliance itself is still in support, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) case can be opened and a hard
drive can be sent to replace the failed hard drive.
