Symptom: If you use Fabric Manager to upgrade a switch from NX-OS Release 4.1(3a) to a higher
release, Fabric Manager reports the status of a disruptive upgrade as Failure:none. If this situation
occurs, you can log into the switch and verify if the upgrade actually did succeed. Enter the show
version command to see if the switch reloaded and the new software version is running. If you
perform the upgrade from the CLI, this situation does not occur.

Workaround: None.

Symptom: When you enter the show dmm tech-support command with the file option on the SSM
module, you might receive corrupted information, such as the following:

Symptom: If a VSAN is removed from a FCIP TE port, traffic on that FCIP TE port in all other
VSANs will be disrupted. A VSAN can be removed in the following ways:

–

The VSAN becomes isolated because of a domain overlap or a zone set merge conflict in the
VSAN.

–

There is a fabric binding failure.

–

A reconfigure fabric (RCF) frames occurs.

–

A VSAN is deleted on the switch.

–

A VSAN is removed from the allowed VSAN list on the port.

–

There is a trunk mode configuration change on the port.
