you upgraded to AnyConnect 4.0.00057 or AnyConnect 3.1.06078 for Mac OS X, the upgrade of the
WebSecurityCert.cfg file failed. Instead, you should upgrade to version 4.0.00061 or 3.1.06079, which
replaces the WebSecurityCert.cfg file appropriately.
