Chapter 9 Using Message Filters to Enforce Email Policies
Using the CLI to Manage Message Filters
Enters a submenu that allows you to configure the filter log options for the mailbox files generated by
the
the
archive()
action. These options are very similar to those used by the regular
logconfig
command,
but the logs may only be created or deleted by adding or removing filters that reference them.
Each filter log subscription has the following default values, which can be modified using the
logconfig
subcommand:

Retrieval method - FTP Poll
•
File size - 10MB
•
Max number of files - 10

Choose the operation you want to perform:
- NEW - Create a new filter.
- DELETE - Remove a filter.
- IMPORT - Import a filter script from a file.
- EXPORT - Export filters to a file
- MOVE - Move a filter to a different position.
- SET - Set a filter attribute.
- LIST - List the filters.
- DETAIL - Get detailed information on the filters.
- LOGCONFIG - Configure log subscriptions used by filters.
- ROLLOVERNOW - Roll over a filter log file.
