Troubleshooting the Network
Note
You must use Control-C to end the
ping
command.
•
Use the
traceroute
command to test connectivity to a network host from the appliance and debug
routing issues with network hops.
•
Use the
diagnostic -> network -> smtpping
command to test a remote SMTP server.
