Managing the Configuration File
The s
aveconfig
command saves the configuration file with a unique filename to the
configuration
directory on the appliance.
The loadconfig Command
Use the l
oadconfig
to load new configuration information into the appliance. You can load information
in one of two methods:
•
Placing information in the
configuration
directory and uploading it.
•
Pasting configuration information directly into the CLI.

Uploading Configuration Changes Using the CLI
Procedure
Step 1
Outside of the CLI, ensure that you are able to access the
configuration
directory of the appliance. See
for more information.
Step 2
Place an entire configuration file or subsection of a configuration file in the
configuration
directory of
the appliance, or edit an existing configuration that was created from the
saveconfig
command.
