CSCdx87342—IP phones set to Max PSP do not respond to signals from a 1200 series access point
when the Data Beacon Rate (DTIM) setting on the AP Radio Hardware page is set to 8 or higher.
The Data Beacon Rate setting determines how often the beacon contains a delivery traffic indication
message (DTIM). The DTIM tells power-save client devices that a packet is waiting for them.
Workaround: Set IP phones associated to a 1200 series access point to CAM mode, or change the
Data Beacon Rate setting on the 1200 series access point to 2, which is the default.
