This command defines a rule definition to analyze and charge user traffic matching the IP address of the destination, i.e.
from the subscriber, of the connection.

Syntax
Removes the specified rule definition.
: Specifies how to logically match the server IP address.

: Specifies the server IP address in IPv4 or IPv6 standard notation. For uplink packets (from
subscriber) this field matches the destination IP address in the IP header, and for downlink packets (to the
subscriber) it matches the source IP address in IP header.
