Define the location area list to allow or restrict services in the specified location areas identified by location area code
(LAC).

Syntax
If the
keyword is included in the command, then only the specified area code is removed from
the identified list. If the
keyword is not included with the command then the entire list of LACs
is removed from this operator policy.
Specifies an identification for the specific location area list.
