SN-Subscriber-Acct-Rsp-Action
When this attribute is set to None, there is no action taken while waiting for a response for the accounting start message from
the RADIUS server. When this attribute is set to No-Early-PDUs the system buffers all packets from the user (uplink) until a
response for the accounting start message is received from the RADIUS server. When set to Delay_GTP_Response, the
system does not send a GTP create response to the GGSN until a response for the accounting start message is received from
the RADIUS server.
