Policy CLI commands are used to configure the policy for the Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) marking. 
DSCP marking includes configurations to set the DSCP for the inner or outer packet or to copy the inner marking to the 
outer packet. 

 

DSCP markings are applied to signaling and bearer packets destined for the Radio Network Controller (RNC) (in the 
forward direction) and to the Application Server (AS) in the reverse direction.
