3GPP2-Fundamental-Frame-Size
This attribute indicates the fundamental frame size. The fundamental channel has the choice of 5 or 20 ms size. The 5 ms
frame size allows fast response for short signaling messages (short frame can be decoded quickly). However, depending on
configuration, the fundamental may not be present.
