Disables L2TP, or secure L2TP tunneling for the APN if a specific peer-address is not specified, or, if a
peer-address is specified, this keyword removes the peer-address configuration from the APN.

peer-address lns-address
Specifies the IP address of the LNS node that the LAC service connects to.
lns-address must be expressed in IPv4 dotted-decimal notation.
A maximum of four LNS peers can be configured per APN.
