Configures the collection of bulk statistics for SS7 routing domain services, which include the activity statistics
for SCTP, MTP, and M3UA data.

Removes the specified SS7 routing domain schema from statistics collection.

Specifies the schema's name.

schema_name must be an alphanumeric string of 1 through 31 characters.

Specifies the schema's format.

schema_format must be a string of 1 through 3599 characters, including spaces within double quotation marks
