This command allows you to define rule expressions to match Transaction Identifier (TID) field in DNS
messages.

Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt:

Syntax Description
[ no ] dns tid operator tid_value

If previously configured, deletes the specified rule expression from the current ruledef.
operator
Specifies how to match.
operator must be one of the following:
• !=: Does not equal
• <=: Lesser than or equals
• =: Equals
• >=: Greater than or equals
tid_value
Specifies the DNS transaction identifier to match.
tid_value must be an integer from 1 through 65535.
