Disables commandguard functionality if enabled.

Applies mandatory prompting for specified categories of Exec mode configuration commands, even when
autoconfirm is enabled.

exec_mode_category specifies one of the following categories of Exec mode configuration commands.

• card

• clear

• copy

• debug

• delete

• filesystem

• hd

• reload

• rename
