Removes previously configured either-port (destination or source) UDP ruledef.
operator
Specifies how to logically match the port number.
operator must be one of the following:
• !=: Does not equal
• <=: Less than or equals
• =: Equals
• >=: Greater than or equals
port_number
Specifies the port number to match.
port_number must be an integer from 1 through 65535.
