This set of keywords specifies the filter criteria as a Globally Unique Temporary Identifier (GUTI) to clear
the database records for MME service.

The GUTI is constructed from the GUMMEI and the M-TMSI where GUMMEI is constructed from PLMN
(MMC and MNC) plmn_id and MME Identifier is constructed from an MME Group ID (MMEGI) mme_grp_id
and an MME Code (MMEC) mme_code.

Within the MME, the mobile is identified by the M-TMSI mtmsi_value

Specifies the filter criteria as International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) to clear the database records of
a session instance. imsi_identifier is a 15-character IMSI field that identifies the subscriber's home country
and carrier.

Clears all detached database records in an existing session manager instance specified as an integer from 1
through 4294967295.
