MME Service Configuration Mode Commands
▀ s1-ue-context-release
▄ Command Line Interface Reference, StarOS Release 18
7410
Usage
By default, an MME initiates the UE-CONTEXT-RELEASE with cause NAS-Normal-Release whenever the
MME receives a TAU Request over Initial-UE if the UE is in the connected state. So the configured cause
code will be sent in the UE-CONTEXT-RELEASE message whenever MME releases the existing S1AP
connection upon receiving a TAU procedure in an Initial-UE message. As well, this command makes it
possible for the operator to configure a preferred cause code for the reason init-ue-from-enodeb-for-tau.
