Configures the encoding-scheme to use during global title translation (GTT).

Select one of the following encoding scheme types to determine the encoding type to be used during GTT:
bcd-even:
BCD even encoding scheme
bcd-odd:
BCD odd encoding scheme
nw-specfic:
Network specific encoding scheme
unknown:
Unknown encoding scheme
