Enables or disables General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN). With 2G MOCN,
the radio network is shared among different operators, while each operator maintains its separate core network.

Disables GPRS MOCN when it has been previously enabled.
Usage
Use this command to enable 2G MOCN, which is disabled by default.
