Configures Home Agent (HA) bulk statistics schema.

Removes the specified schema.
schema_name
Specifies the schema’s name.

must be an alphanumeric string of 1 through 31 characters.
format schema_format
Specifies the schema’s format.

Usage
Use this command to define schemas for HA bulk statistics collection. Multiple HA service schemas can be
created to categorize HA service bulk statistics. All of the schemas are processed at each collection interval.
