Enables AA-Request (AAR) for emergency.

: Enable AAR for emergency Register and Invite.

: Enable AAR for emergency Register.

: Enable AAR for emergency Invite.

Enables AAR for provisional responses like 18X.
no
Disables the early bandwidth, emergency, or provisional response authorization functionality for this policy.
