This command configures the mismatch action of HNB access mode in HNB-GW service instance and related
parameters.

Sets the default Hybrid Access Mode of HNB service. The default value of Maximum Non-Access-
Controlled UEs per Hybrid HNB is 64.

Supports the Accept AAA value.
hnb-reg-rej
Supports the HNB Registration Reject.
