This command defines a condition based on the IP address of Policy and Charging Enforcement Function (PCEF) which
is served by IPCF and through which subscriber is attached to an IP-CAN session.

Specifies the condition to accept the IP address which are in range as argument to define the PCEF address
which is used by subscriber in IP-CAN session.
