This command allows you to define rule expressions to match the GET or POST request, if it is the first HTTP request
for the subscriber's session.

Usage
Use this command to define rule expressions to match the GET or POST request, if it is the first HTTP
request for the subscriber's session.
This expression can be connected with a charging action, so the subscriber is redirected to a splash page for
the first Web access attempted.
